Return Policy

30 Days. Free Returns. Easy breezy.

Here at Meesha Farzaneh, we think that it's ok to change your mind! We are so grateful that you made a conscious choice to support small + ethical fashion. Worrying about return policies is one thing you shouldn't have to think about. Worry-free shopping, worry-free returns, on us! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 calendar days from the day you received your order to initiate a return or an exchange within North America! Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. To exchange an item, simply return it and place a new order for the item you want.


Great news, the return shipping fee is... $0, free! 

Just follow the prompted steps above to print out your prepaid, pre-addressed USPS label from the comfort of your own home, and tape it to the outside of your package! Please mail the item back in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to include a printed receipt. If you do not have access to a printer, a proof of purchase with your name, order number and order date written legibly on paper and placed inside of the package will work just fine.

The original order shipping fees are non-refundable.


If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won't be able to honor a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, please!

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/last call items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error/damage upon arrival
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges/Damaged Items 

We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged, no questions asked! Sometimes items are crushed during transit and that's not your fault either!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped/given directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you!
